Organic Ranchers, a family owned company, collaborates with organic ranchers and farmers who have been independently third party inspected and certified by qualified organic certification bodies annually. We supply 100% Canadian, premium quality, certified organic meat products throughout Canada.
We ranch organically – sustainable family farming. Livestock are ranged on wide-open spaces, grazing on certified organic grass and feed without animal by-products, antibiotics, synthetic hormones or pesticides. Organic practices support family farming that nurtures the land, the livestock and the biosphere.
Since 2000 we have evolved from a direct marketing strategy to our current process of handling only through a distributor to retail and foodservice.
We use only federally inspected plants under the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) that meet or exceed the needs of our customers through trust, integrity and consistent supply, while addressing all CFIA / HACCP / and food safety requirements to ensure we remain competitive.
Our retail and foodservice programs features pre-cut, individually (cry-o-vac) wrapped, single serving, portion controlled, 100% All Beef and 100% All Bison, Certified Organic meats, flash frozen. We flash freeze so you can enjoy our quality meats at their freshest, preserving the juices and maximizing the flavour and texture. Conveniently available in your freezer for when you decide you are ready to prepare your favourite meal.
Items available are lean ground, fully-cooked crumble, 1/4lb patties (no added fillers or water), kabobs, stir-fry, cubes, rib-eye steaks, strip loin steaks, sirloin steaks and tenderloin steaks.
